EXCELLENT Based on 12960 reviews Posted on Sarah JinuTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The trip was well organized and enjoyable from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and the itinerary was planned nicely. Akshaya was a great guide—friendly, helpful, and always approachable. She managed everything efficiently and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Overall, it was a really good experience.Posted on Shailaja SivadassTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my first time with Fortune Tours. On the whole the tour was planned and executed well. The Bhutanese guides and driver were pleasing, friendly, polite and caring to us. The hotels chosen for stay were very good, comfortable and clean. Wholesome food was served -- but most of us felt that the menu could have been planned to have different vegetables instead of repetitive potato dishes. Another suggestion on the choice of hotels is that they be booked keeping in mind the age of the group. At Punakha and Paro, there were no lifts from the ground floor and many felt it difficult to climb upto the first floor to take the lift each time. Seeing the staff carry our heavy suitcases also was quite painful. Please keep this in mind in future trips. It would be good if hotels were booked in the city itself so that the tourists could go out in the evenings on their own especially to the shops. Though the stay at the beautiful Paro resort was excellent it was too far from the main centre. You may also think of providing food on the flights while travelling if it is during breakfast or lunch time, to avoid medical emergencies which happened to a co traveller. --( I mention this because there are companies who do it. ) And finally please send a tour manager who is a professional, who should be at the airport before the group arrives and has already been to the particular destination instead of a person who is touring the place the first time and hence has no idea of the places depending solely on the guides. Despite these small lacunae we will consider travelling with Fortune Tours in future. Thank youPosted on Jaljith TTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently completed a 5-day Thailand trip with Fortune Tours. Overall, it was well-executed and enjoyable. Akshaya, our tour manager, was a standout—efficient, responsive, and dependable even in stressful situations. The food had good variety and consistent quality, and the hotels were excellent, adding real comfort. Transfers, schedules, and activities were all managed smoothly, making the trip feel seamless. However, the itinerary pacing was a major drawback. Despite being marketed as senior citizen–friendly, the schedule was quite packed with very little downtime, making the trip more tiring than relaxing. A lighter itinerary with proper rest breaks would make a big difference. Travel isn’t always about covering everything or luxury—sometimes it’s about slowing down and being at peace. Another issue was the timing of cultural guidance. Apart from basic language lessons, most insights about Thailand—culture, history, precautions, and scams—were shared by the local guide, Pookie, ONLY on the last day. This came too late; I encountered a “Gandhi note” scam on the second day and avoided it only by checking online. Earlier awareness would help travelers better. Overall, strong management and quality arrangements, but the itinerary needs better balance to truly match a senior-friendly promise. Had such a lovely Thailand trip! 💙🤍 Big thanks to Akshaya for being the sweetest guide ever — talking to her felt just like chatting with a chechi I know, so comfortable and friendly. Also really grateful to Fortune Tours and Travels for the well-planned itinerary, and to our Thailand guide Pookie for being so warm and fun throughout! Everything was super well managed, and we got to experience so much. Can’t wait to travel again with the Fortune team soon. Wishing Akshaya & Pookie all the best! ✨Posted on Rameshun UnTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our tour experience under Akshaya’s coordination was very well managed and thoughtfully executed. She handled the group with a pleasant and approachable manner, ensuring that schedules were followed without any sense of imposition. Her ability to guide the group through gentle persuasion rather than authority was particularly commendable. It made the experience both efficient and comfortable for all. I would also like to acknowledge Pookie, whose local knowledge and clear explanations added depth to our visits and enhanced our understanding of the places. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable journey, and we appreciate the efforts taken by both Akshaya and Pookie.Posted on sasikala kandothTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Akshaya was very caring throughout the trip. She looked after everyone like her own, always checking if we are comfortable or need anything. Her friendly nature made it very easy for all of us, especially for elders. She was not strict, but still she made sure everyone follow the timings nicely, by telling in a sweet way… like how someone in family will say. That I liked very much. Trip was very good and well organised. Only thing is sometimes it felt little too much hurry, especially for us elders… but otherwise everything was very nicely done. Pookie also explained the places and its relevance very well, so we could understand better. Overall very happy with the trip 😊Posted on Balakrishnan NTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent experience with fortune tours. 1st trip with fortune to Bangkok and Pattaya. More Memorable movements to hold with. Hotel choice is very good. Comfortable accommodation and beautiful people's traveled with. Overall it was a wonderful trip with good memories. Akshaya you are too good, flexible, so attentive and very positive. Also thanks to entire teamPosted on Asish RameshTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our overall experience was fantastic, thanks to Akshaya’s warm leadership. The food was great, except maybe two instances; however, the logistics and the accomodation was all world class! The only thing we felt was that the packed schedule, while giving us great value, was sometimes a bit overwhelming—especially for our elder family members. Would be worthwhile considering how this could be improvised. Yet, Akshaya made it all tick—ensuring everyone followed the timings and guidelines, not by authority, but with her friendly coaxing, like a family member nudging you along. And Pookie’s local expertise made it all the more special. A big thank you to Fortune and team👍Posted on Jay 007Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
