We had a great experience with Fortune tour planning group. We have opted Kashmir package and everything was well organized from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, covering all important places without feeling rushed. All credits goes to Mr Ayush, the tour guide. He was very supportive and responsive—handled bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodations smoothly. The hotels were comfortable, food was superb and the transportation was punctual and safe. What I liked most was their attention to detail and customer care. They were always available to assist and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable throughout the trip. Overall, it was a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone looking for a well-planned and memorable trip. Again, Ayush... You did a wonderful job!!!!Posted on Sajeev AreekalTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The Andaman trip was really good. They took us to all the places and showed us around well. There were no other problems. I have one suggestion: it would be better to travel to the islands by cruise. Boat travel is not very safe, as the weather can turn unfavorable at any time. We had to face such a situation, and we were really scared. Please make sure that future travelers do not have to go through such an experience. Safety first.Posted on Sudev NairTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Akshaya cordinated it perfectly well..Posted on DRISYA JOLLYTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Usually I don’t write reviews, but Jefin Joy truly deserves it. We have applied through Fortune Tours before as well, but this time for our Japan visa, the experience was the best. We were quite worried because the application was very time-sensitive, but Jefin patiently guided us throughout the process. Whenever the three of us had doubts, he cleared them immediately and was always responsive. I have seen many agents who collect the payment even one month before applying for the visa and still delay the process. But Jefin was not like that. He completed his work sincerely, managed everything smoothly, and only then took the payment from our side. Even I run a business, so I truly appreciate people who work with sincerity and responsibility as if it is their own company. Really thankful for the support.
